Six weeks of TMS. Done in a single day.
When antidepressants haven’t been enough, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) offers a different path. Our One-Day Program delivers a full course of Ampa One TMS in a single day, so you can stop waiting and start your recovery without weeks of daily visits.
Meet Ampa One.
Not knowing what to expect is one of the biggest reasons people put off care. Take a short look at the technology behind our One-Day Program and the people it was designed for.

About Ampa One
Ampa One is a next-generation TMS system with a lightweight handheld coil and built-in camera guidance. It’s designed to deliver treatment to the same precise spot, session after session.
“Ampa One is FDA-cleared for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder in adults who haven’t achieved satisfactory improvement from prior antidepressant medication in the current episode.”
Camera-guided navigation
Built-in cameras and a personalized cap help locate your treatment target accurately and consistently.
Target Lock
If the coil moves away from the prescribed target, the system automatically pauses treatment.
Brief sessions
Each stimulation session takes just a few minutes, and you stay awake and comfortable.
The One-Day Program
Traditional TMS requires daily visits over several weeks. Our One-Day Program uses an accelerated schedule to deliver a full course of brief TMS sessions in a single day, so you can focus on feeling better without rearranging your life for weeks.
What your day looks like
- 1
Arrive & settle in
Check in, meet your care team, and review your plan. Your clinician confirms everything is ready and answers any last questions.
- 2
Personalized calibration
We find the right stimulation strength for you by measuring a small, harmless movement in your hand. Then we fit your cap.
- 3
A series of brief sessions
You’ll receive short TMS sessions spaced throughout the day, with rest in between. Bring a book, music, or a show.
- 4
Head home & follow up
You go home the same day. We check in with you over the following weeks to track how you’re feeling.
Faster symptom relief in a real-world comparison.
A 2025 study compared 106 patients who received one-day TMS with 191 similar patients who received the standard 36-day schedule. On average, depression and anxiety scores dropped faster in the one-day group, starting in the first week. Lower scores mean fewer symptoms.

- Standard 36-day TMS (n=191)

Important: this is a preprint that has not yet been peer-reviewed. It is a retrospective, non-randomized comparison (propensity-matched), and the one-day regimen studied was pharmacologically augmented, meaning it included prescription medications used off-label. The authors note that randomized trials are still needed. Individual results vary, and this chart does not guarantee any outcome. Chart redrawn from the authors’ figure; values are approximate.

Important information about the One-Day Program
The Ampa One device is FDA-cleared for major depressive disorder in adults who haven’t improved enough with antidepressant medication. The one-day accelerated schedule is not itself FDA-cleared, and it may be paired with prescription medications used off-label.
Published research on one-day TMS is promising but early, based on small studies. Individual results vary. Before treatment, your clinician will review your history and explain the benefits, risks, and alternatives, including the traditional multi-week course, so you can make an informed decision.
Pricing
The One-Day Program is self-pay. Call us or take the questionnaire, and our team will walk you through pricing and options.
Priority scheduling and dedicated offerings for veterans, service members, and first responders. Mention it on your call or in the questionnaire.
The traditional TMS course
The traditional approach is a course of short TMS sessions, typically 20 to 40 in total, scheduled on weekdays over several weeks. It’s the TMS schedule most insurance plans cover.
- Short weekday sessions
- Return to normal activities right after each visit
- We’ll begin accepting insurance in early 2027
